This is the reshipment shipping fee. Cancellation Policy We do not accept cancellations or changes to your order after reservation or purchase. Thank you for your understanding. Address Input Please be careful when entering your address. Make sure your address is accurate and complete. Once shipped, items cannot be re-sent or forwarded to a different address. In case of an incorrect address, please contact the delivery service directly. Any additional fees for redirection will be the customer’s responsibility. If a redelivery is required, additional shipping fees will apply. Redelivery will not be processed until the additional shipping fee is confirmed. To avoid issues, we do not ship to hotels or similar addresses. Please provide your personal address. Long Absence or Refusal of Delivery Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. (If you refuse delivery, round-trip shipping costs will be charged.) Please ensure you receive the items shipped to you. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left by the courier. The courier will hold the package for about one week from the shipping date. If the item is returned due to non-receipt within this period, round-trip shipping, packaging, and other fees will be charged. Bank transfer fees related to payment are the customer’s responsibility.
